Diane von Furstenberg made fashion history with her signature jersey wrap dresses upon her arrival in New York City in 1972.
Diane was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) for her lifetime of consistent, creative influence over fashion.
In her designs for spring 2007 I discovered this dress design with a Ginkgo-leaf motif, apparently in different colours.
She also created a Ginkgo-leaf talisman (middle).
