This Chinese lacquered cabinet can be seen in Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat (France).
I discovered the cabinet in 2007 while visiting the Villa. It is situated between the hall and the restaurant. Each panel  depicts a Ginkgo tree in the landscape.

The Villa's guide, Jacqueline Manciet, informed me:
"Officiellement il s'agirait d'un Ningbo mais de nombreux détails trahissent une intervention occidentale. De plus, le cabinet et le support sont mal ajustés l'un à l'autre.
Il s'agit plus vraisemblablement d'une laque extrême orientale modifiée en Angleterre pour lui donner une facture "Queen Ann" de la première moitié du 18° siècle."
So: It is a Ningbo with modifications probably made in England to adjust it to the style of Queen Ann.
